Unbox the Smart Faucet Components
🧰 Instruction:
Remove the top foam cover and take out each component carefully. Ensure your faucet assembly looks like the image below — the screen, hose, solenoid, and power cable should all be pre-attached.
📸 Visual Tip:
Compare your faucet to the picture. The VODXS logo should be upright, the braided stainless-steel hose should be coiled neatly, and the solenoid + power supply should be visible in the tray.

Keep the foam tray nearby — it can be reused for storage or transport if needed later.

Protective Foam & Shipping Box
Each unit is securely packaged in a custom-fit box with multi-layer foam protection to ensure all components arrive intact and ready for installation.
VODXS Faucet
The main faucet unit includes the VODXS digital display, pre-attached stainless-steel hose, water solenoid connection, and power supply cable.
Mounting Hardware
All required hardware: rubber gasket, mounting bracket, screw bag, and solenoid-ready connections for a fast and secure install.
Vivva Stream v-Hub
Includes the TX antenna, Power Adapter, Sniffer, all Connecting Cables, and Protective Case. The v-Hub transmits all communications wirelessly to each display screen in the washroom.

🔧 Step 2: Mount the Faucet
Secure the Faucet to the Countertop
🧰 Instruction:
Before placing the faucet, ensure the countertop is clean and dry to allow proper sealing.
Next, thread the mounting rod (highlighted in the image) into the underside of the faucet base.
Once secure, insert the rubber gasket onto the bottom of the faucet. Then pass the power cable, stainless-steel hose, and threaded rod through the hole in the countertop.
Underneath the sink, use the mounting bracket and nut to tighten and secure the faucet firmly in place.

Reference the red-circled image: the threaded rod must be attached before inserting the faucet. The gasket should sit flat between the faucet and the countertop.
📝 Pro Tip:
A clean surface ensures a better seal and stability. Do not skip the gasket — it helps prevent moisture intrusion and faucet wobble over time.
🔌 Step 3: Connect Water, Solenoid & Power
Finalize Under-Counter Setup
🧰 Instruction:
Under the sink, reconnect the solenoid to the faucet hose. Ensure it’s connected in the correct direction (inlet/output).
Next, connect the building’s water supply line to the other end of the solenoid.
💡 If your location uses both hot and cold water, request a mixer valve.
Double-check that the faucet is securely mounted to the counter and that the hose and power cable are neatly organized to avoid kinks or stress.
Once secure, plug in the power supply. Watch the screen — it should power on and display:
“Searching for TX”
Finally, turn on the water valve and test the faucet for proper flow and pressure.

The solenoid box should be upright, hoses straight, and power cord not twisted.
📝 Pro Tip:
If the screen does not power on within 10–15 seconds, verify the power source and cable connections before proceeding.
📡 Step 4: Install & Power the Vivva Stream v-Hub
Finalize the Media Connection
🧰 Instruction:
Mount the v-Hub on a flat surface using the included screws and anchors.
Ensure all components are properly connected securely:

Once connections are confirmed as secure, plug in the power adapter.
📺 What to Check:
Look at the VODXS display screen — it should exit “Searching for TX” mode and begin playing the demo video.

Test the unit and confirm the demo video appears before mounting it permanently to the wall.
Avoid placing the v-Hub behind metal or dense objects that may interfere with wireless signal.
🌐 Step 5: Connect to Internet & CMS
Register the Device via App

Log in using your installer credentials and follow the pairing steps to connect the display to the local Wi-Fi network. Once connected, the screen will display a QR code confirming registration.
📲 Important Note:
This app is only available for iOS devices. At this time.
📝 Pro Tip:
Before pairing, ensure you have strong Wi-Fi signal at the faucet location.
If the signal is weak, use a corrective action such as a Wi-Fi extender or moving the router closer.
📸 Visual Tip:
After successful registration, the screen will display your assigned QR code and start streaming assigned media content once activated in the CMS.
